Seasonal Focus
There is a flux in the weather here. Seasonal change prompts a natural time to reorganise. We are wise to balance sour taste which is prominent at this time in seasonal foods. It is a dynamic daily dance tempering hot to cool, by preparing food that is naturally sweeter, moist, sustaining but not heavy, light and moderate.

The truth is, my thoughts and feelings come and go like the waves on the ocean.
I can use my memory to choose what I will hold onto.
I can use my imagination to inspire myself forward to create a life that I find nourishing.
I can use my present-moment awareness to choose my meaningful action, on purpose.
This is what mindfulness in action means to me.
