I Would Love to Support You
At Blue Sparrow Ayurveda, I provide gentle presence with kind listening, reflection, and practical guidance to help you feel at home in your whole true nature and value your spirit, love, and purpose. And nourish your child's whole true nature of spirit, love, and purpose as distinct from your own.

We use Wise Earth Ayurveda with Embodied Jyotish as a holistic scaffold for your objective self-awareness and compassionate self-inquiry.
I support you to trust your embodied wisdom and honour all that is gifted to you from your ancestral lineages to use and evolve, individually and together as family.

You will learn the simple yet elegant language of Nature with sacred principles, natural laws, food-as-medicine, and behavioural practice to support your daily well-being.

I care about how we feel about life and how self-empowered we feel in our own life of well-being. My motherhood journey reminds me that we are the leader of our own life and we choose how we spend it! And how as parents we either support or hinder our child’s natural flourishing. I have also learnt that dis-ease results from living against our nature in body, mind or heart.

Lead Your Life
Our life belongs to us and we choose how we spend it! But sometimes our awareness of what is acceptable to others, can cause us to ignore our body's wisdom, deny our natural gifts and strengths, and not do what truly matters to us and this undermines our well-being from within. Self-doubt and inner conflict arise from disconnection with our own radiant spirit and love; living out-of-harmony with our essential nature and purpose; out-of-rhythm with our heart's life-energy.
Cultivating harmony with our body, mind, and heart is something only we can tend to from within. It is a conscious, personal inner work to turn away from whatever harms or hinders us towards what keeps us well and blissful. Change requires courage, commitment, and benefits from support.
We are only here because of our family before us. We must look back to know where we are choosing to go and why. Context gives clarity and offers direction, meaning, and skilful devotion. We might gather new information, awareness, and tools throughout our life-time. But our embodied wisdom within our cellular memory, with natural gifts, strengths, joys, and griefs, are handed to us by birth. This natural intelligence that is gifted through us, provides our individual purpose and well-being. We can trust, value, and use it to craft our life-experience with integrity, awareness, compassion, and devotion.

Be Faithful to Your Body, Mind, Heart.
Cultivate Self-Awareness
My motherhood journey has taught me that the greatest assurance in life is to know our own body, mind, and heart, do what keeps us well, and use our energy on what we feel is important. And how as parents, we either nourish or hinder our child’s natural purpose and well-being from a very young age, shadowing the truth of their wholeness and self-worth.

This service helps you make a conscious inner journey home to your heart-mind space. I will support you to ground into your whole true nature and innate spirit, love, and purpose. You will reconnect with your inner awareness and whole-body wisdom through the five elements as both physical and inner capacities. You will learn food-as-medicine and behavioural practice to choose a life-rhythm for inner harmony with your body, mind, and heart. We consider what keeps you well, what you have natural gifts and strengths for, and what truly matters to you.
I will also support you as a parent to understand your child’s whole true nature as distinct from your own. This helps you nourish different natures within the wholeness of your family, and honour the sacred boundary between you and your child.
